Limerock Court is a new community located in State College adjacent to the Giant Food Center on East College Ave. . The property has thirty-six apartments comprised of two and three bedroon units. Four of the apartments are accessible and available to individuals in need of accomodation.

Each Unit has a private entrance and outdoor living space.  All of the units feature modern appliances including front loading washers and dryers.  The apartments are spacious, with wood plank vinyl flooring and carpeted bedrooms. There is ample parking available for tenants and guests.  Sewer, water and trash are included with rent. Rents range from $717 - $997.  Income guidelines and rents are listed below.  We are currently accepting applications for both size apartments.
