Bellefonte Mews, currently under construction downtown, will provide new apartments in two locations. Twenty-one units will be located in the Garman House on High Street adjacent to the courthouse, another eleven units are located around the corner in the restored Cadillac building.  The Mews will have one, two and three bedroom apartments, all with fabulous views.  All thirty two units will feature modern appliances, vinyl wood plank flooring and on-site laundry facilities. We have started accepting pre-applications for the property and expect the units to be ready next fall.  Rents are governed by the Low Income Tax Credit program and will be finalized next summer.
